Perfect brand-new hotel, pleasant views of the hills. The staff - amazingly nice and accommodating.

Location - great very close to the Orange Peel, and steak house. Incredible staff and the room new-fashioned with 2 tables, a king size bed, 2 bedrooms.

The suite is updated and has blinds, thick blackout curtains, and a whirlpool.

Particularly good and perfect location to California. Based right by restaurants, grocery stores and a short 1.3-mile walk through the tunnel to downtown Asheville and several resturants and a mall and the Greyhound bus station.

The employees are outstandingly helpful and very amiable. Comfy and easy location, it's set just off downtown, highways and Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and several different restaurants like outback cracker barrel and buffalo wild wings. Also, the hotel is located 2 miles away from Basilica of Saint Lawrence.

The breakfast was plentiful and good, the hotel was newly decorated and immaculately clean. All the staff were wonderfully helpful, very friendly. The room was updated and brand-new, complete with a king size bed as well as free breakfast. Had a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge at our disposal.

The venue has contemporary rooms with 2 tables and 2 bedrooms and USB ports and all very pleasant and incredibly nice staff. There is a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. It offers excellent services and has a plentiful breakfast choices.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville Downtown was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a variety of amenities like complimentary breakfast and coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided relaxation, and being close to landmarks like Biltmore and Asheville Pinball Museum allowed for memorable family outings. A great choice for a pleasant and convenient stay in Asheville.

Absolutely great hotel in a downtown area close enough to downtown, highways and Biltmore Estate, several resturants, and the breweries and various restaurants.

The professional staff and their quick responses to my needs. Fantastic views of the hills from beautifully decorated and well-equipped rooms. Easy check in and late check out.

We will be back as the location was convenient and prime. Hip new hotel, it offers satisfactory breakfast and a nice size and brand-new rooms. Staff is professional and responsive and you can park your car on-site. The service at the lobby is efficient.

Great place to stay, spotless, everything was outstanding. Stunning central location adjacent to downtown and Biltmore, and downtown Asheville. Dined at Burger King, it was not too far away from the venue. Liked my beautifully decorated room with 2 tables, bedroom and a whirlpool tub. Professional staff gave advice on things to do. Breakfast by Eric the skillful chef.

The rooms are reasonably large and have particularly nice view of the mountains. The location is central.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was fantastic! We were in Asheville for a few days and the hotel's location was perfect for easy access to all the attractions. It was just a short drive away from everything we wanted to see and do. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the convenience of the parking under the building. The breakfast area had a lovely porch where we could enjoy our takeout meals from nearby restaurants like Cracker Barrel and Outback. it's a great hotel with a great location and excellent service.
